Any definition of an affiliate or associate.
Example
"Affiliate(s)" Shall mean any general partnership, limited partnership, corporation, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, business trust, cooperative, association, or other entity as to which Customer directly or indirectly holds any of the following interests: (i) the beneficial ownership of at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the equity securities or interests in such entity, (ii) the beneficial ownership of at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the voting securities or interests of such entity, or (iii) the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or affairs of such entity.
