Example
Tenant shall keep the Premises and Project free from any liens and shall pay when due all bills arising out of any work performed, materials furnished, or obligations incurred by Tenant or any of Tenant’s Agents relating to the Premises or Project. If any claim of lien is recorded, Tenant shall bond against or discharge the same within fifteen (15) days after notice that the same has been recorded against the Premises.
