Confidential Dispute Resolution
Definition
The parties agreement about to what extent the proceedings, decisions and existence of a dispute under the agreement shall be considered confidential.
Example
All proceedings and decisions of the arbitrator(s) shall be deemed Confidential Information of each of the Parties, and shall be subject to Section 9 (Confidentiality).
