Obligation to assist with data subject requests.
Example
7.1 Data Subject Request. Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Company shall, by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, assist Client in responding to any inquiry or request from a Data Subject exercising his or her rights related to the Processing of Personal Data (e.g., the right to access, rectification, or erasure). To the extent allowed by law, Company will inform Client of any Data Subject inquiry or request addressed directly to Company. Client shall be responsible to respond to all Data Subject requests.
