Tenant's right to revoke or to exercise remedies if occupancy requirements of the centre are not met or maintained.
Example
There is a minimum opening and ongoing occupancy requirement that at least seventy percent (70%) of the floor area of the retail center be open for business on the Required open date, and at least eighty percent (80%) to be continuously operating from six (6) months after the Required open date for the remainder of the lease term.
