Landlords Rules and Regulations are set forth on Exhibit C, attached hereto, and made a part hereof for all purposes. Landlord shall have the right at all times to make reasonable additions and changes thereto which are not inconsistent with this Lease, and Landlord shall furnish a written copy thereof to Tenant. Tenant and Tenants agents, employees, family, licensees, invitees, visitors, and contractors shall comply with such Rules and Regulations.
