Ownership of Improvements
Definition
Parties agree who will own any Tenant improvements.
Example
All Improvements shall be and remain a part of the Leased Premises. All Improvements (including any Alterations but excluding Tenant's Property) shall be the property of Tenant for all purposes during the Term and, upon expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, shall become the property of Landlord.
