5.4 Data Protection Officer. Effective from 25 May 2018, Members of Spa Group shall have appointed, or shall appoint, a Data Protection Officer, if and whereby such appointment is required by Article 37 of the GDPR. Any such appointed person and/or Supplier and Supplier's Affiliate personnel responsible for privacy issues, including but not limited to giving notice of the discrepancy to the Supervisory Authority, if the discrepancy has resulted in the unauthorized disclosure of Personal Data, may be reached at privacy@example.com.
