Definition
Tenant's right to alter, renovate or decorate the property during the lease term.
Example
The tenant shall not paint, paper or decorate any part of the premises without first obtaining the consent of the Landlord. Spikes, hooks, nails or screws shall not be inserted in the walls or floors or woodwork of the premises.
