Lessor reserves an agreed amount of gas from the well on the premises for Lessor's use.
Example
Lessor reserves from one gas producing well located on the surface of the Leasehold and only for as long as commercial gas production exists from said well, two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) cubic feet of gas per year.
