A representation that a party has complied or will comply with laws.
Example
Each Party shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules of any governmental authority having jurisdiction and shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and consents of governmental authorities necessary for the manufacture, sale, export, import, or other performance contemplated by this Agreement.
