Parties agreement about the rank of the agreement in comparison to other existing or future rights in the property.
Example
This Sublease is subject and subordinate to Master Lease, and to any mortgages that may at any time affect the real property of which the Subleased Premises forms a part, and also to all renewals, modifications, consolidations and replacements of the underlying mortgages.
