(3) Roles Generally . The Parties agree and acknowledge that if there is any Personal Data within the Scan Data then as between the Parties: (i) Customer is the Data Controller; and (ii) SecurityVendor shall act as Data Processor acting on behalf of and at the direction of the Data Controller.
