The parties agree that any negotiations or discussions will remain confidential.
Example
Without prior written consent of Company, the Recipient shall not, and will direct the Recipient Representatives not to, disclose to any person or entity the fact that negotiations or discussions may take place or are taking place with respect to any Agreements and that services are being rendered under those Agreements.
