If more favorable prices, terms or conditions than the prices, terms or conditions set out herein are granted to any customers of Seller under similar trade terms during the same period of time for similar goods and service, Seller shall advise Buyer in writing within fifteen (15) days thereof and the prices, terms and conditions, as applicable, of this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended accordingly to reflect such more favorable prices and/or terms and conditions.
