Waiver of moral rights (rights of authorship/attribution) that an individual has in something copyrightable (e.g. a sculpture, a play, etc.)
Example
The Vendor hereby waives in favor of the Purchaser and the Purchasers Affiliates, successors and assigns all moral rights, if any, of authors or similar equitable rights throughout the world that the Vendor has or may have in and to the Mobetize Assets.
