Any obligation of a party to comply with data protection laws.
Example
Company shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Information in Companys possession from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Security measures shall include access controls, encryption and other means, where appropriate. Company must immediately notify Vendor of any known security breach that may result in the unauthorized use, access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of Personal Information. Company shall conduct an audit on at least an annual basis to evaluate the security of Personal Information in Companys possession and to verify that the terms of this Agreement with respect to Personal Information are being followed. The results of the audit shall be made available to Vendor on request.
