Example

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, nothing contained herein will prohibit any Party from disclosing any information which is required under applicable law, regulation or any listing agreement with any applicable national securities exchange or an order of a Governmental Authority of competent jurisdiction, including without limitation the federal securities laws.
