Definition
Understanding that obligations of confidentiality will apply to a party's representatives
Example
Recipient may disclose the Discloser's Confidential Information to its agents and or affiliates on a "need to know" basis only, provided that the Recipient requires each of its affiliates and agents to be bound by obligations of the confidentiality and restrictions against disclosure of the Disclosure's Confidential Information at least as restrictive as those contained in this Agreement.
