Restrictions on Tenant's ability to conduct business within an agreed radius of the premises.
Example
Neither Tenant, nor any Principal shall own or operate, directly or indirectly, or participate, directly or indirectly, in the development of any retail store, constructed within a five (5) mile radius of the premises.
