Agreement that obligations to indemnify will survive beyond termination, closing or other specified date
Example
The indemnity obligations provided herein shall apply whether or not the transactions contemplated by this Agreement are completed and shall survive the completion of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement and the termination of this Agreement.
