Non-Disturbance Agreement
Definition
Landlord agrees not to transfer or pledge their interest in the property to any third party without first obtaining the third party's agreement not to disturb the Tenant's quiet enjoyment of the property for the remainder of the term.
Example
Landlord will obtain a commercially reasonable non-disturbance agreement (a " Non-Disturbance Agreement ") from the Lender which Non-Disturbance Agreement provides that Lessee's possession of the Premises, and this Lease, including any options to extend the term hereof, will not be disturbed so long as Lessee is not in Breach hereof.
