Example
No substances, materials or wastes that are regulated because of toxic, flammable, explosive, corrosive, reactive, radioactive or other properties that may be hazardous to human health or the environment, shall be created, handled, placed, stored, used, transported or disposed of by either party on the Leased Premises.
