Restrictions on a party's right to deal with a competitor of the other party to the agreement
Example
For a period of five (5) years following Closing, none of the Vendor or any of his affiliates shall, on its own behalf or on behalf of or in connection with any person, directly or indirectly, carry on, be engaged in, have any financial interest in or be otherwise commercially involved in any endeavour, activity or business anywhere in Canada or the United States which is in competition with the business carried on by the Corporation as at Closing.
